Born in Chillicothe, Ohio, Peggy's first exposure to painting is credited to a neighbor, who began teaching art.
This exposure captured her heart and led to continued art education classes and workshops.

She is a member of the Waterway Art Association, The Roundtable Art Group, Waccamaw Arts and Crafts
