Ken Bowman of Mt. Pleasant South Carolina provides a
wide variety of photographs that are presented in note
cards, matted and framed in various sizes.
Ken was born in New Jersey and got his start in
photography taking shots of his grieds for a local
windsurfing magazine. He soon became a regular
contributor to Windsurfing Magazine and in 1996 he
covered the Windsurfing Oympics in Savannah, Georgia
for the magazine.
Ken has always had an interest in wildlife and landscape
photography. He finds the South Carolina lowcountry and
the upcountry great areas to persue his passion. Ken
captures nature in it's most dramatic forms. From breath
taking waterfalls int he Piedmont mountains to vivid sunrise
colors alogn the coastal shores. "South Carolina is an
excellent venue for the landscape photographer."
In addition to being a landscape and nature photographer,
Ken is a staff photographer for South Carolina Magazine.
His art work can also be seen on display at the Artists' Loft
in Mt Pleasant.
